Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing:

To ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).

Operations:
Ensure that hygiene and cleaning standards are adhered to
Being flexible in the working hours is essential
Ensure that effective training of the team building and club house is carried out on a regular basis, to ensure the team building and club house are carried out to our standards
Ensure that the club house team are fully trained in their respective activity.
Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
To ensure having a complete understanding of, and adhere to, the hotel&039;s policy relating to safety.
Perfect grooming
Ensure that the Club house operates with adequate stock at all times
To ensure maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the Recreation and Hotel.
Responsible for understanding all Recreation departments training in pertinent emergency procedures and ensuring all departments are well versed.
The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
Help Recreation to maintain a healthy working environment
Serve as catalyst to promote recreation services to members and hotel guests.
A desire to maintain our exceptional Mövenpick Hotel & Resorts Standards
Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all treatments offered.
Responsible for being trained in all facility operations.
Maintain equipment for protective and rope equipment in safe and sanitary condition.
Help his/her team to achieve sales, activity targets through effective implantation of product communication
Ensure that effective preventive maintenance procedures are in place for all equipments
Ensure that all operational check lists are in place and effectively followed.
Manage by walking around at appropriate times and lead by personal example in terms of guest interaction
Adherence of departmental Emergency Procedures/Safety Manual.
Facility Operations
Administrations:
To attend weekly/monthly Aestheticians departmental communication meetings.
To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

Basic English communication is an advantage
