Verifying that the website has accurate hotel information and pictures of newly registered accounts.
Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in online content management.
Liaising with hotels to ensure that all information is up to date.
Checking statistics in the control room and following up accordingly.
In charge of daily, weekly, and monthly reports of online and transient volume.
Updating data, inventory, website availability, special offers, and promotions for accounts&039; websites; providing accounts with information and advice via mail and email, including follow- ups.
Providing support to hotels in building webpages and/or maintaining hotel information on websites.
Creative with a strategic mindset and good computer knowledge and Internet skills.
Seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company&039;s website and web traffic, controlling OTA, website booking, and hotel reservations.
Develop direct and semi- direct online channels to monitor and improve the hotel&039;s online presence.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of the Hoi An – Da Nang tourism market is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hotel or resort industry.
Dynamic, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
