Key Responsibilities:&13;
Recruitment:
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Ensure the process of preparing job offer letters and onboarding new hires
• Maintain employee files related to recruitment.
• Post casual staff as required by departments and assist timekeeping and payment processes
• Develop and implement innovative and efficient recruiting strategies to attract the best talent.
• Prepare recruitment reports for management.
• Manage the full- cycle recruitment process—including job postings, candidate screening
• Assist in organizing staff engagement activities when required
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices for recruitment and onboarding
Internal Activities:
• Perform layout design tasks using design software.
• Develop video content and edit existing footage for use across various channels
• Create and edit video content on a variety of platforms, including social media and websites

• Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience with employer branding and social media platforms
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or service industry
• Proficient with editing software
• Good project management and time- management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
