- Quản lý chứng từ xuất khẩu: Chuẩn bị, kiểm tra và xử lý các loại chứng từ như hợp đồng, hóa đơn, packing list, vận đơn, chứng nhận xuất xứ (C/O)
Export Document Management: Prepare, review, and process export- related documents such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin (C/O).
- Khai báo hải quan: Thực hiện thủ tục hải quan điện tử, theo dõi tiến trình thông quan, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
Customs Declaration: Carry out electronic customs procedures, monitor clearance progress, and resolve any arising issues

International Transportation Coordination: Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders to book space and arrange transport schedules.
