Purchasing
Check materials inventory and report to manager to make import plans
Check and record contracts, shipping documents
Calculate the costs to import the goods
Coordinate with accounting team to process payment for supplier
Follow up incoming material shipments and assist for damages claim cases with supplier
Merchandising
Calculate packaging and delivery costs and other related costs
Prepare quotation to send to customers
Work with accounting team to check customer’s debt
Coordinate with local warehouse to label and deliver goods as scheduled
Follow up the PO from sampling to shipment
Work with production team, quality control team to ensure the standard of goods and delivery of time.
Prepare shipping documents (sales contracts, invoice, packing list), coordinate with forwarder and service party to make B/L, CO
Make booking for shipment with forwarder and check the importing costs
Yêu cầu công việc
CV must be submitted in English
Fluency in all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
3 years working experience in Merchandising, Purchasing
Having knowledge in cookware industry is a preference
Benefits:
Working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: 20- 25 million VND
Transportation provided from 19 Banh Van Tran Street, Ward 6, Tan Binh District (near Bay Hien intersection) at 7:30 AM daily
