MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
• Maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage regular patronage and future business deals
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows etc.
• Supports the company&039;s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis
• Carry out research to identify ways to increase customer base/ database from her segment in- charge by daily tele- sales call & sales call
• Full acknowledge market intelligent, understand well the market trend, competitors&039; rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Communicate with clients to respond to their inquiries and convince them to close a sales deal.
• Up- sell, cross- sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
• Plan active site inspections/entertainment meetings weekly basis to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
• Fully responsible of accounts management
• Perform monthly review account profile on room nights production and average rate
• Daily Sales meeting to discuss and decide on suitable strategy for increased hotel sales.
• Develop a sales strategy and action plan needed
• Gains understanding of the location&039;s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.
• Create selling strategies to capture the maximum room revenue & catering revenue for hotels in monthly target

Profile:
Knowledge and Experience
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, with at least 2- 3 years in a similar capacity within 4 or 5- star hotel environments
Good working knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Smile), CRM systems, MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
High degree of professionalism with sound contract negotiation, strategic account management, and business acumen capabilities
Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
Deep understanding of market trends, revenue management principles, distribution channels, and competitor landscape
Competencies
