SCOPE OF WORK
Assist Legal Counsel in consulting and providing legal works and advices to the Company’s management in relation to the business activities of the Company.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in communicating with external parties (external counsel, governmental authorities, etc.).
• Assist overseeing all legal aspects of the Company and give accurate and timely advices to the Company’s management in various legal topics.
• Assist in conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, legal articles, and prepare memorandum as appropriate.
• Assist in carrying out legal administrative procedures related to the Company’s operations.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.
• Assist in performing corporate compliance tasks.
• Support in gathering information needed for legal advice/consultancy on the Company’s activities.
• Conduct the work with integrity and responsibility.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and recommending revision to the Company’s documents such as contracts, agreements, internal regulations, memorandums or letters, etc. to ensure the full compliance with laws by the Company.
• Identify legal risks affecting the Company’s business and suggest preventive measures and/or remedial actions.
• Assist in the Company licensing tasks.
• Support in managing and maintaining legal documents and regulatory reports of the Company.

Education & Experience
• Technical insights in hospitality and legal matters applicable to hospitality and gaming business is a strong advantage, but not required.
• Having Lawyer Training Certificate from Judicial Institute is preferred;
• Excellent Vietnamese and English skills (written and oral).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience from law firm in- house legal advisor.
• Vietnamese national.
• Bachelor&039;s degree (or above) in law;
