JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Teaching Responsibilities

Teaching

Deliver English lessons through online and offline classes following the company’s curriculum.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning process.
Maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help improve their learning outcomes.

Lesson Planning & Academic Support

Review and update existing teaching resources to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
Contribute ideas to enhance learning experiences and teaching quality.
Participate in developing and improving lesson plans and teaching materials.

Provide guidance and mentoring to ensure new teachers understand teaching methods, curriculum, and classroom management practices.
Assist in planning and conducting training sessions for new part- time teachers.

Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and academic tasks.
Participate in internal projects or initiatives related to teaching and learning.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

A/ M.A. in English, Education, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners and/or teenagers.
Understand how to accommodate students’ various learning styles and needs.
Experience implementing classroom management techniques.
Familiarity with a wide range of instructional practices and styles.
Relevant teaching certification.

Working Time: 44h/week, one weekday off per week.

Saturday- Sunday: 9 AM- 12 PM & 2 PM- 7 PM
Tuesday- Friday: 2 PM- 9 PM,
