Qualifications

Creative mindset with strong writing or analytical ability.
Write SEO- friendly blog posts and optimize on- page content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Strong English & Vietnamese written, and verbal communication skills is a must.
Create and support the production of B2B content including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand voice.
Assist with basic production and promotion of multimedia content.
Support the planning and execution of podcasts, webinars, and video content, including topic research, script preparation, guest coordination, and promotion.
Required professional studying in FTU, DAV, VNU, NEU, AJC, RMIT or international education, etc.
Team Collaboration
Basic Design Skill, using Canva, Photoshop and other online platforms for content generation. Image/Video editor skill is strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, or lead generation.
Growth Marketing (Lead generation)
IELTS from 6.5+
Prefer candidates with skillsets and experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Bing, Video/ Image AI Tools, Sonia)
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in your second or third year of study).
Support outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn and cold email.
Market Research: Research IT outsourcing trends and competitors to support marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.
Enthusiasm about working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
Maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing aligned with marketing goals.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to improve marketing performance.
Work closely with designers, sales and production teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Content Marketing & SEO
Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, conversion).
