Assistant Sales / Marketing Manager (Remote 100%)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working Arrangement

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Assistant Sales / Marketing Manager to support dailyoperations, client communications, campaign coordination, and reporting activities. This is a remoteposition suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the marketing andadvertising industry.

• Candidates must be based in Hanoi

• Work from home• Flexible work locations such as coffee shops or co- working spaces

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily message checklists, tasks, and direct communication with clients across Banking,Finance, Gaming, E- commerce, and other industries
• Support contract preparation and campaign- related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve client KPIs

• Coordinate information sharing and attend client meetings when required
• Conduct market, industry, and client research
• Prepare daily and monthly reports with internal teams
• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships and campaign performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Bachelor&039;s degree from a recognized university
• Ability to handle contracts, campaign acceptance documents, and administrative paperwork • Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic Excel skills

• Experience in Marketing is a plus, but not required
