JOB DESCRIPTION

Jetomax is growing fast, and we&039;relooking for a driven Junior BD to join our Vietnam team. You&039;ll be on the frontlines — learning our platform inside out, supporting clients, and helping growour business. This isn&039;t a passive role. You&039;ll be expected to think, communicate,and perform from day one.
What You&039;llDo

Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics
Research and apply new AI tools to make your work faster and smarter
Support clients via email, chat, video, and phone — with speed and clarity
Master our platform and become the go- to resource for clients and internal teams
Collaborate with the team to improve workflows using AI tools
Assist in B2B outreach and business development activities

REQUIREMENTS

What We&039;re Looking For

Learning agility — you connect dots fast, adapt quickly, and don&039;t wait to be told twice
Communication skills — you express ideas well and handle tough conversations calmly
English fluency — written and spoken, confident and clear
Emotional maturity — you take feedback without ego, and own your mistakes
Self- discipline — fully remote means you manage yourself
Excel (Intermediate–Advanced) — pivot tables, data tracking, reporting
Stress resilience — KPI- driven environments don&039;t scare you, they motivate you
At least 6 months working experienced as Business Development role

Produce faceless video content that educates, inspires, and converts
Design sharp, click- worthy thumbnails
Research and integrate the latest AI tools to make your workflow faster and better
Collaborate on creative concepts and bring ideas to life

REQUIREMENTS

Portfolio — required. No portfolio, no interview.
Market awareness — you know what&039;s trending and can balance your creative instincts with what actually performs
Technical craft — strong editing skills across video and photo
AI tool fluency — you&039;re already using multiple tools and always hunting for new ones
Stress resilience — client feedback can be blunt. You take it, learn from it, and improve
Visual storytelling — you understand why a video works, not just how to make it look good
Creative reasoning — you can defend your choices with logic: color theory, composition, pacing, market trends

You&039;re a fitif:

English communication
You&039;re constantly watching content, studying trends, and reverse- engineering what works
6 months to 1 year as Video Editor
You receive tough feedback without shutting down or getting defensive
You can explain why you made every creative decision — with real reasoning
