KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Implementation

Prepare system configuration based on hotel operational requirements
Implement Oracle Opera PMS for hotel clients
Install, configure, and customize Opera PMS system
Perform system testing and validation

Client Support and Training

Provide system training to hotel users including:
Sale/Reservations
Finance
Revenue Management
Front Office
HK
Provide post go- live support and troubleshooting
Support hotel during system go- live

Project Coordination

Support system integration when required
Ensure project timeline and deliverables are completed
Work with internal project team and hotel stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, IT Certs or related field

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in PMS implementation
Or Strong preference for candidates with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud experience in Hotel roles (Such as Supervisor or AFOM, Duty Manager...)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Windows OS / Networking / Computer/ Application knowledge
XML and Interface knowledge is an advantage
Office Word, Excel, PPT, SQL Database query

HOSPITALITY KNOWLEDGE (ADVANTAGE)

Experience in hotel operations such as:
Reservations
Front Office
Hotel IT
Revenue/Channel Manager
Night Audit
Finance (AR)

SOFT SKILLS

Ability to travel for project deployment
Customer- focused mindset
Ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Good English communication skills
