Operation Team Leader/ Manager

Fulfillment Operations

Coordinate with stores, warehouses, and last- mile partners to resolve fulfillment issues (delays, out- of- stock, substitution, cancellations).
Implement improvements to enhance fulfillment efficiency and reduce operational errors.Inventory Management
Lead and manage daily online order fulfillment activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately, on time, and according to SLA.
Ensure accurate inventory mapping between physical stores and online systems (OMS, WMS, POS)Operational Execution for Online Team
Monitor stock levels, high- demand items, and potential OOS risks; propose replenishment solutions
Collaborate with offline teams to ensure real- time stock updates, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
Oversee online inventory accuracy across stores and online hubs
Monitor fulfillment KPIs including order accuracy, lead time, delivery SLA, cancellation rate, and customer feedback.
Participate in omni- channel improvement initiatives: ship- from- store, click & collect, express delivery, return & refund processes.

4 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, E- commerce, or Omni- channel roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processes. Excellent communication and problem- solving abilities.
Experience with OMS, WMS, ERP, or POS systems is a plus. Prior leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or online grocery is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail- oriented with excellent organizational skills.
