Partnership Development Executive

Partnership Execution & Sales Coordination- Support the full partnership lifecycle from initial engagement to confirmation.- Prepare proposals, partnership materials, and follow up on discussions to move opportunities forward.- Coordinate internal processes related to contracts, documentation, and payment follow- ups.- Track partnership pipeline and ensure timely conversion and execution.
Community Engagement & Event- Develop and expand a network of community partners including startup communities, student organizations, innovation hubs, and industry groups.- Initiate and co- organize events (workshops, networking sessions, demo days, community meetups, etc.) to activate partnerships and strengthen engagement.- Collaborate with partners to create engaging touchpoints that drive visibility, participation, and long- term engagement.- Actively engage and nurture community relationships to support program recruitment, outreach, and collaboration.
Program Coordination & Partner Experience- Work closely with program and operations teams to deliver partnership commitments effectively.- Support coordination between partners and internal teams throughout program implementation.- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for partners before, during, and after program delivery.
Partnership Development & Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders across corporates, universities, government agencies, and ecosystem players.- Act as a key point of contact to support ongoing partnerships and ensure alignment with program and organizational objectives.- Support the growth of strategic partnerships by identifying potential collaborators and opportunities for engagement.
Reporting & Process Improvement- Maintain and update partnership records, databases, and documentation.- Monitor progress, follow up on key deliverables, and support reporting when required.- Proactively identify areas to improve coordination, communication, and overall partnership effectiveness.

Ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and follow- ups in parallel.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with different types of partners.
Strong interest in startups, innovation, and international collaboration.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Business, or related fields.1- 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or similar roles.
Experience in organizing events or community engagement is a strong advantage
Strong result- oriented mindset: able to follow through, push progress, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast- paced environment.
