JOB DESCRIPTION:
Partner Development:
Work with Japanese technology providers/ principals to localize, position, and commercialize solutions for Vietnamese customers.
Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships to distribute Japanese solutions into the Vietnam market.
Partner Relationship Management:
Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.
Maintain long- term relationships with Japanese solution partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:
Analyze Vietnam market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for Japanese technology solutions.
Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships.
Internal Coordination:
Provide reports on partnership performance and status to management.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English and Japanese) is preferred.
Male, minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.

01- day remote work per month
A flexitime allowance of 90- 180 minutes per month for employees
