Key Responsibilities
• Proactively arrange and lead meetings with potential partners; prepare and negotiate partnership agreements in compliance with legal regulations
• Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (banks, financial institutions, distributors, aggregators…)
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations) to design and implement go- to- market strategies
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive adoption of POS and SME lending solutions
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target segments, and customer needs
• Promote and position the company’s products/services by understanding and anticipating client needs and business objectives
• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth
• Develop and execute growth strategies that balance revenue generation with customer satisfaction
• Acquire new merchants (SMEs) through partner channels
