Personal Assistant to Cluster General Manager (Will be trained to become QCI)

Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter- departmental secretaries as appropriate
Arranging internal / external appointments
Preparing monthly operational results for meetings with other hotels
Supervises the work of the Executive Office staff (Secretaries, Receptionist, Messengers, Drivers)
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Reports directly to and communicates with the Cluster General Manager on all administrative matters
Day- to- day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephone etc.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.
Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request
Taking minutes of Department Heads /Ex.Com meeting as requested
Storing and keeping all confidential information
Provides pertinent information on socio- political matters
Handling reservation as requested
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent English & Vietnamese in both speaking and writing
Diploma in Business or Secretarial Study
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Tasks and Project Management
Ability to type 45 WPM
3 years of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication skills.
