To oversee and manage all purchasing activities in the resort, ensuring that goods and services are procured at the best value and quality while complying with internal policies and legal regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with Accor policies and relevant laws.
Track delivery schedules and resolve any arising issues.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
Work closely with Accounting, Receiving/Warehouse, and other departments.
Monitor and control purchasing budgets while maintaining product/service quality.
Prepare periodic reports and carry out tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.
Plan and execute purchasing operations based on departmental requisitions.
Train, manage, and develop the purchasing team.
Yêu cầu công việc
College or university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4- 5 star hotel or resort.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Solid knowledge of procurement processes, supplier markets, and contract management.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems (Future Log, Misa, Opera, Sun, etc. is a plus).
Detail- oriented, honest, and responsible.
