Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support the implementation of business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor daily sales performance, analyze results, and recommend improvement plans.
Control food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
Assist in supervising the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.

Excellent communication, problem- solving, and guest service skills.
Diploma or Bachelor&039;s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Restaurant Manager
Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet operations, and F&B cost control.
