Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and technical teams to support product trials, technical evaluations, and formulation improvements
Provide product recommendations and application support based on customer requirements, processing conditions, and end- use applications
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales orders and contracts
Identify, develop, and secure new customers within the plastics processing industry, including injection molding, extrusion, film, fiber, and compounding segments.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve long- term business development and customer retention
Achieve assigned sales targets in revenue, volume, and gross profit margin
Monitor market trends, customer developments, competitor activities, and raw material price movements to identify new opportunities and risks
Work closely with logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and effective order fulfillment
Promote and sell plastic additives, including antioxidants, UV stabilizers, HALS, processing stabilizers, antistatic agents, impact modifiers, and other specialty additives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor&039;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3- 5 years of sales or business development experience in plastic additives, polymers, specialty chemicals, or related industries
Hands- on experience with additives such as AO 1010, AO 1076, AO 168, UV absorbers, HALS stabilizers, processing aids, and related performance additives
Existing customer network within plastic compounders, converters, or polymer manufacturers
Good communication and presentation skills in English and the local language
Experience in coordinating product qualification trials and commercializing new additive solutions
Self- motivated, results- oriented, and able to work independently
Strong sales, negotiation, account management, and relationship- building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management
