PR & Communications Intern (MCN)

You’ll work closely with talents, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, effective project execution, and alignment with campaign objectives.
Social Elite is looking for a PR & Communications Intern who’s passionate about social media, creators, and digital storytelling. This role is designed for someone eager to gain hands- on experience in managing creator- based communication campaigns- especially those involving livestreaming, social selling, and influencer content.
Job Description:
- Assist in Creator & Talent Campaign (60%):

Assist with compiling press, media, community, and KOL lists, and follow up with external partners based on project requirements.
Support in shaping direction and creating content across the owned channels of creators and talents.
Contribute to the communication and promotion of creators’ artistic or commercial projects such as livestreams, content series, films, reality shows, fashion shows, etc.

- Project Coordination & Operations Support (40%):

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables, final reports, and project documentation are completed on time.
Assist Project Executives/Seniors in tracking timelines, deliverables, and project tasks.

Job Requirements:

Clear intent to pursue a career in PR/Social/Agency.
Honest, detail- oriented, proactive, and highly responsible with strong ownership over assigned tasks.
Strong awareness of social media trends (Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc.).
Final- year student or recent graduate in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
Logical thinking, good observational skills, and a creative mindset.
Prior experience in university clubs, freelance projects, or communication- related activities is a plus.
Passion for storytelling, media content, and digital communications.
