Presales Consultant (Chinese Market)

The Chinese Speaking Presales Consultant plays a critical role in the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. This role involves understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring successful handover to the implementation team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

High conformity working with sales teams
Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, calls and on- site visit.
Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and provide assistance in Project’s statement- of- work documents in support of system quotations
Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations.
Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre- sales engagement for prospective to ensure the technical win.
Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.

Requirements:

Professional experience as part of an enterprise company, including hands- on field sales support, security consulting, pre- sales engineer or similar experience
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in Chinese. English is optional.
Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.
Good Chinese verbal skill
At least 2- year of proven experience in a technical presales, solutions engineering, or similar role
Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites
