Quess client&039;s is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of polyolefin- based film solutions.
The Procurement Administrative Specialist will work closely with the central European procurement team, providing daily support, maintaining accurate data in SAP, and ensuring proper follow- up of various purchasing processes. Although the position is in Vietnam and reports to a local manager, the role will interact with European colleagues daily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers on pending documents, confirmations, and other operational matters.
• Support the centralized procurement team by preparing reports, tracking activities, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up- to- date data in SAP (purchase orders, confirmations, material master data management, …)
• Ensure timely communication with European colleagues to align on priorities and ongoing tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization across plants.
• Perform administrative and operational procurement tasks for the European purchasing team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with SAP or another major ERP system.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Very good level in English (spoken and written)
• Having 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with international teams.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and follow- up skills.
