Product Development Operation Manager (Sofa or Furniture)

Leading the operation of 3D personnel (2 heads), 2D technical team (4 heads), BOM technician (1 head), Product Quality Standard technicians (2 heads), Packaging technician (1 head), Patterns and foam drawing technician (1 head), Sample room team (6 heads), Wood frame team (4 heads), Foaming guy (1 head).
Oversees daily PD team business activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Implement operational policies, resources and enhancing workflows to meet strategic goals through data- driven decisions.
Collaborate with Production Team, Purchasing Team, Sales Team, QA/QC Team, Planning Team, Warehouse Team, and HR Team to align on company goals.
Work hand in hand with the Head of the Product Development Team and Product Developer.

Leadership: Strong team management and decision- making capabilities.
Knowledge in upholstery furniture industry is a plus
Experience: 3- 5+ years of experience in an operations management role.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and business software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
