PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

Support customers during product implementation and usage by identifying, classifying, and resolving issues, while managing expectations on roadmap, features, and timelines.
Translate business requirements into clear product documentation such as PRDs, FRSs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring logic and data integrity.
Work with the Product Manager to gather requirements and analyze cross- module impacts using systems thinking.
Use LLMs and prompt engineering to support draft documentation, case exploration, and edge- case identification.
Work closely with Developers and QC to communicate requirements, ensure quality, and support product acceptance.
Create rapid wireframes or prototypes with Generative AI tools to optimize user flows and improve the end- user experience.
Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and cross- functional collaboration.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience as a Product Executive, Business Analyst, or Tech BA.
Prior experience with enterprise management software or direct customer support is preferred.
Open- minded and comfortable using AI tools to improve performance.
CV is preferred to include a portfolio or sample PRD, User Story, Wireframe, or Prototype created or optimized with AI, along with clear notes on the tools and methods used.
Strong systems thinking, critical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
Good understanding of SME/Enterprise operations, especially in FnB/Retail, is a plus.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions.

Working hours: 09:00- 18:00 (lunch break from 12:00- 13:00) from Monday to Friday
