Product & Retail Activation Executive /Specialist

Job Description
Product Creative – Development & Production

Deep- dive into customer insights to build the right product mix
Manage production end- to- end, ensuring timeline and quality
Develop gift/merch ideas per campaign, aligned with objectives & brand vibe
Handle contracts and related paperwork
Source and build a reliable supplier network
Work closely with teams to lock concept from design to materials and packaging
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, and production timelines
Keep costs within approved budget
Track delivery and handle any operational issues along the way

Customer Experience & Events

Optimize and propose new ideas to elevate customer experience
Track performance via traffic, sales, and engagement
Plan and execute in- store activities that create emotional connection, right timing, right insight

Job Requirements

Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye for aesthetics and emerging market trends
Customer- centric mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior
2–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, sourcing, product development, events, or marketing activation
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment
Proactive, detail- oriented, highly accountable, and resilient under pressure
Proven experience working with suppliers, with solid knowledge of production processes (printing, plastics, textiles, packaging, etc.)
Excellent negotiation, project management, and problem- solving capabilities
