Product Solutions Supervisor

Business idea/ Product Implementation:
- Coordinate with BD and Product Proposition team to deliver project, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Participate in assessing the feasibility of new business ideas and insurance product implementations.
- Execute the rollout of new business idea, or new insurance products, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
Technical Solution:
- Oversee the technical implementation of insurance products, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
- Develop and manage technical solutions for both bundled and standalone insurance business models and adapt to new ideas as they arise.
Process Improvement and Operational Excellence:
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and streamlining of premium administration activities.
- Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivate and manage productive partnerships with insurance company. Ensure high- end customer service, addressing queries as per stipulated TAT & SLA. Provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for
initiating corrective actions.
- Oversee day- to- day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.
