Production and Engineering Lead

 To perform other duties assigned by management level
 Setting up the machine for spring forming (coil/expansion/compression springs)
 Equipment & Asset Care: Develop preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot machinery to prevent unexpected downtime, Organizing repairs and routine maintenance of production equipment
 Conducting Planning and organizing production schedules
 Maintain QEHS
 Supervise the Production Process
 Cross- Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the other departments and the customers to ensure smooth product rollouts
 Adjusting the machine, heat treatment, surface treatment
 Quality Assurance: Set manufacturing standards, troubleshoot production errors, and conduct feasibility studies on prototypes
 Making prototypes according to customer drawings
 Take quick actions to solve break- down and record for all the machines, and utility system when issue happens.
 Process Optimization: Design and map out manufacturing workflows to increase line speeds, eliminate bottlenecks, and minimize waste
