Production Engineer

- Ensures that safe work practices are and reports problems.
- Assists project engineers with new product development.
- Review routers, write English & Vietnamese version of Work Instructions, and maintains Work Instruction files for manufacturing.
- Provides technical guidance and drawings to production
- All matters regarding methods and processes, specifications, productivity, quality, expenses, training, documentation and employee relations
- Assist internal personnel with manufacturing related issues.
- Responsible for productivity, and reviews manufacturing processes with a view to improve output and quality.
- Comply 5S, cleaning the working area.
- Responsible for maintaining the plant in satisfactory working order according to agreed standards.
- Raise/Check and Correct B.O.M’s and MPRN’s.
- Training and maintains training documentation
- Control the economical use of electricity and water, collect waste when it arises and leave it in the right place.
- Construct, design new tool, jig, machine for production
- Assess production operator skills and QC operator skills
- Comply and implement timely response when there is a fire signal.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics or equivalent)
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in field.
- Experience Required (at least 2 năm)
- Some experience in a manufacturing environment and some engineering design experience under supervision.
- Writing Report/Procedure in English & fluency in Vietnamese
