Project Manager

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Automotive/Industry Specific (Potential): Depending on the project, may involve understanding automotive development processes (e.g., SPICE, Agile in Automotive) and navigating industry- specific challenges. (Adjust based on project focus.)
Quality Management: Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
Project Execution: Lead and manage project teams to execute project plans effectively.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors. Provide regular project status updates.
Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets and track expenses.Schedule Management: Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to project management processes.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively.

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholder expectations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
Problem- Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Project Management Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban). PMP certification is a plus.Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets.
