Hiring Company: Grandplaza Hotel
Procurement & Sourcing
Review purchase requests and ensure alignment with operational needs
Receive and inspect goods upon delivery
Handle purchasing activities for hotel departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.)
Source suppliers, collect quotations, and compare prices
Vendor & Contract Management
Monitor supplier performance and pricing
Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers
Support contract review and negotiation (Manager level leads)
Inventory & Cost Control
Avoid overstocking or shortages
Coordinate with Finance and Storeroom for inventory management
Monitor market prices and identify cost- saving opportunities
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain purchasing records, contracts, and reports
Support audit and reporting processes
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies
Team Coordination & Reporting (If you are a Senior candidate)
Prepare reports on purchasing performance and cost savings
Supervise purchasing staff and daily operations
Work with department heads for procurement planning

Common RequirementsDegree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldBasic English (Korean is a plus)Good communication and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Purchasing Executive (Staff)Minimum 1–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurementAbility to check quotations, prices, and basic contracts
Senior candidates may be considered for supervisory/managerial responsibilitiesStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsExperience in team management and procurement planning
