QA Manager – Furniture (URGENT HIRING)

We are searching for a reliable quality assurance manager who is experienced in the indoor furniture field.

Manage all company quality assurance/quality control activities and meet all quality targets.
Create the template for daily reports and collect daily data for daily summaries and reports to management.
Set up quality standards/quality handbook, specifications, appropriate quality control policies, procedures, instructions, and methods to apply in the company.
Supervise and manage quality control staff.
Organize the Quality meetings weekly & monthly with the production team.
Organize and assign QC staff for each production area of the factory.
Set up quality requirements and distribute to QC for inspection purposes
Make records of all quality control data for weekly/monthly summary and evaluation.

At least 5 years of working experience as a QA/QC manager in a furniture
Strong management skills.
Able to effectively manage 8- 10 QC subordinates
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to read and understand CAD drawing
Analytical and problem- solving skills.
A quality system experience and familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9000.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
English verbal and written.
