Perform data analysis on defective raw materials, issue alerts, and take actions for materials showing abnormal trends.

Receive and respond to defective or abnormal raw materials (at IQC/production processes) according to the procedure. Contact the supplier to request corrective and preventive actions.
Tiếp nhận- đối ứng xử lý hàng hư nguyên liệu, hàng bất thường (tại IQC/công đoạn sản xuất) theo lưu trình. Liên lạc nhà cung cấp để yêu cầu thực hiện hành động khắc phục- phòng ngừa.

Skilled in applying the 7 QC tools in quality management.
Skilled at analyzing PQC and check sheets for process quality control
Able to solve quality issues. Understand the workflow to capture and handle information, and prepare reports. Proficient in reading drawings and raw material technical specifications
Experienced in at least one of the following technical fields: injection molding, welding/molding dies, stamping dies, plating, PWB (printed wiring board), electronics, or printing
Capable of understanding technical documentation in Japanese and English languages
Knowledgeable about the workflow for managing non- conforming goods
