QC Engineer Auto and Manual (Bangkok location)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will design and execute comprehensive test plans, implement automated test scripts, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to deliver high- quality releases.

Key Responsibilities
Location: Bangkok
Department: Quality Assurance / Engineering

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand- ups, and release reviews in Agile environments.
Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Analyze requirements and specifications to develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure thorough test coverage.
Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and user acceptance testing).
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue- tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Optimize testing processes and contribute to QA best practices and automation strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
Proficiency in automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Solid analytical, problem- solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
2–5 years of experience in software testing with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
Familiarity with API testing and database validation (SQL).

Nice to Have

Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android) and cross- platform automation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation tests (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
QA certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
