QC LEADER

Monitor production activities, propose improvements based on abnormal findings, and verify corrective actions to ensure production efficiency in line with standards.
Conduct training and staff evaluations according to training plans to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
Verify product dimensions and specifications against technical drawings and requirements.
Conduct 100% inspection of products at each stage according to standards to ensure final delivery quality.
Participate in quality control during pre- production and pilot production stages.
Perform dimensional inspections of products using measuring instruments.
Deliver periodic quality awareness training to junior quality staff to improve professional competency.
Receive and ensure that inspection standards used in the factory are valid and properly applied.
Prepare corresponding inspection records, including MES entries, and determine product status accordingly.
Ensure measurement accuracy through calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.

Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer and 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
Logical thinking and the ability to analyze quality data are mandatory.
Basic English knowledge is preferred.
Experience with or a positive mindset toward processes (especially technical process knowledge).
College degree or higher, preferably in an engineering major.
Experience in managing functional testing equipment (mechanical industry) is preferred.
