Responsible handle in internal and external quality audit
Manage Quality Improvement Programs.
Manage supplier management & qualification programs.
Manage and respond to customer complaint.
Chair Management Review for the effectiveness of QMS & EMS implementation.
Report performance of QMS to the top management for review and improvement.
Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for improvements where necessary.
Responsible for ISO certification and recertification.
Manage document control (including Gold Master, Silver Master, stamper and stencil).
Management Representative to drive and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
Manage the whole quality department activities.
To conduct training related to in process, final inspection and outgoing inspection to QA inspectors
Responsible for departmental budget.
Any other job assignments required by the immediate superior from time to time.

Possess at least a Bachelor&039;s Degree, any field.
Knowledge at ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, FSC
Priority with experience in the printing industry.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in QC of Printing & package field with more than 1 years managment experience.
Willing to learn in improve performance.
Familiar with internal and external audit
Excellent in spoken and writen English
Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
