Regulatory Temporary (6 Months)

Job Responsibilities

Prepare dossiers for product registration, including product declaration, applicable standards declaration, and conformity declaration.
Assess the compliance of product ingredients with relevant regulations and approved lists.
Collect dossiers and draft self- declarations, applicable standards declarations, and conformity declarations for imported raw materials and packaging, in line with new regulations (Decree 46, Resolution 66).
Monitor approval progress and coordinate with relevant departments for dossier updates, modifications, or renewals.
Draft, review, and approve product labeling content to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Review nutrition and health claims on packaging and advertising materials to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide explanations and supporting documents during inspections or audits by authorities.
Track changes in laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to product dossiers and labeling.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Detail- oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in FMCG, food, and beverage industries.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
