[REMOTE] EMPLOYMENT SCREENING OFFICER

Client of NetViet is seeking a detail- oriented and highly communicative individual to join their team as an Employment Screening Officer.

Working place: Remote 100% & Fulltime
The company is not based in Vietnam, so that employee will be work from home fulltime.
Please note that this role follows the Singapore holiday calendar.
Time: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and proactively resolve any discrepancies, anomalies, or issues that arise during the verification process.
Team Support: Execute additional background check tasks and analytical projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Client Relations: Respond promptly, professionally, and effectively to client inquiries, requests, and updates.
Compliance & Privacy: Strictly implement and uphold company policies regarding background screening, data security, and candidate privacy.
Database Management: Perform database searches and screenings for verification purposes; accurately input and manage all data collected during the process.
Verification & Screening: Conduct comprehensive background verification checks and educational credential verifications by contacting individuals and institutions via phone and email.
Reporting: Organize, compile, and generate clear, concise, and accurate background check reports for both clients and candidates.
Independent Execution: Manage your own daily pipeline of verification cases independently, ensuring high- quality output and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment.
Detail- Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and thoroughness.
Communication: Excellent professional communication skills via phone and email.
MUST: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (expat communication everyday)
Analytical & Data- Driven: Strong capability to analyze data, spot inconsistencies, and utilize database tools effectively.
Experience in Data Analytics, QA/QC Call center (fresher welcome)
PLUS: Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
Problem- Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting verification roadblocks and handling sensitive discrepancies.

Benefits:

Gross Salary: VND 12M – 14M
