[REMOTE JOB] [Full-time] Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full‑time, long‑term Administrative Assistant based in Vietnam. The role is remote, with occasional in‑person meetings in Ho Chi Minh City if needed.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Vietnam time)
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fluent English (spoken and written)
French proficiency is a strong asset
Excellent knowledge of international logistics, including:
+ HS codes
+ export procedures
+ customs documentation
Asset: basic invoicing and accounting knowledge
Not required: marketing or social media skills
Good support for the invoices production for the customers
High reliability, trustworthiness, and long‑term commitment
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (professional presentations)
Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, tracking sheets, structured reporting)
Solid experience in production tracking and structured follow‑up
Key Responsibilities
Assist with invoicing, document management, and administrative tasks
Build a stable, long‑term working relationship with the company
Maintain accurate and structured production tracking reports
Manage export and import paperwork and compliance
Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and international partners
Provide general administrative support (email management, coordination, follow‑ups)
Prepare, verify, and organize customs and logistics documentation
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients and partners
