Restaurant Manager (All Day Dining)

• Report the daily operations to Direct Manager
• Develop plans and proposals to meet the needs of the guests
• Lead & train all subordinates
• Prepare the internal organization of the outlets
• Deal with customers on daily basis and follow up with the Management
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure food quality meets guests’ expectation
• Be responsible for personnel, production and the smooth operation of the Outlet according to the Resort procedures and guest satisfaction

- Fluent English in both writing and speaking
- At least 3- year experience as the recruitment role
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management
- Positive attitude & mindset of hospitality
