SCOPE OF WORKS
• Effectively manage the preparation, connect and coordination with other department to bring the best service to customers using Meeting- Event services at the hotel.
• Report to Sales Manager & DOS.
• Monitor, plan and execute effective business activities to customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect all data as report, strategies of Sales, competitor to preparing the report for Sales Manager to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
• Perform customer outreach activities including: Tele- sales, Sales Call, and Meeting with customer.
• Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
• Develops data and recommends programs to meet client’s needs.
• Maintain & develops the relationship with customer.
• Achieves overall Sales targets for specific market segments.
• Well acknowledge all details information of the hotel, support colleagues to conduct the site inspection requests from client/partners.
• Maintains effective correspondence between clients, Hotels, Area Support Office etc.
• Connect with CSO (Center Sales Office) to develop the business and get support from CSO for Meeting & Event

• Ability to work in high pressure environment.
• Good Communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Possess a bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, tourism, hospitality.
• The ability to listen to customers as well as the acumen when approaching customers.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational.
• English 4 skills (High requirement for communication and writing).
• Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a similar or supervisory position.
• Teamwork & Independent.
