Sales Admin Intern

Help schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when required.
Coordinate with internal teams (Delivery, Marketing, HR…) for presales tasks and proposal preparation.
Perform other administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Learn and utilize AI tools/automation to improve documentation and internal workflows.
Update sales pipelines, track data, and support weekly/monthly reporting.
Assist in preparing product/service profiles, proposals, and software solution documents.
Support the Sales & Business Development team with daily tasks throughout the sales process.
Provide basic customer support: receive enquiries, transfer to the responsible team, and follow up.

Interest in the IT/software industry and willingness to explore new tools, especially AI.
College/university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Proactive, energetic, quick learner, and able to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Good communication and data management skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
English communication and writing skills are strong advantages.
Detail- oriented, organized, and responsible.
