Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven OEM/ODM Sales Associate to support our OEM/ODM sales operations and help lead business growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will assist in developing client relationships and achieving company sales objectives.
In addition, this role requires strong execution capability in managing samples, pricing, and order processes, as well as close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Communicate with buyers regarding pricing, samples, orders, and delivery schedules
Support OEM/ODM sales activities in assigned international markets
Quotation & Costing
Prepare quotations, proposals, and product information for clients
Calculate cost breakdowns and develop competitive pricing
Submit offers and negotiate pricing with buyers
Sample Development
Create sample production plans and coordinate with production teams
Monitor sample progress and ensure alignment with buyer requirements and quality standards
Follow up on sample requests from buyers
Order Management & Sales Execution
Review order details, specifications, and timelines to ensure accuracy
Monitor order status and follow up on production schedules to ensure on- time delivery
Handle order documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents
Manage the full order lifecycle from order confirmation to delivery
Production & Material Coordination
Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
Make purchase requests for materials related to orders and follow up on material availability
Track production status and proactively address delays or issues
Packing & Logistics
Work with logistics partners to manage shipments and resolve delivery issues
Arrange and purchase packing materials
Develop packing methods based on product and buyer requirements
Cross- functional Coordination
Work closely with Production, QA, CSR, and related teams to ensure all order requirements are met
Act as a key liaison between buyers and internal departments
Align customer requirements with production capabilities and timelines
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Analyze market trends and customer needs to support sales strategy
Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems
