Sales Coordinator (Based at HCMC Office)

Attend trainings and participate in company activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the DOS.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Coordinate DOS’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and business itineraries.
Take meeting minutes and maintain logs when required.
Handle calls, screen inquiries, take messages, and direct requests appropriately.
Manage incoming correspondence for the Director of Sales (DOS), ensuring proper routing, follow- up, and documentation.
Prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and support expense administration.
Maintain filing systems, records, and efficient office procedures.
Maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
Prepare duty rosters, track attendance, and support payroll submission.
Draft documents and correspondence for the sales team in line with company standards.
Support guest service coordination when needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least one year experience in similar position in international hotel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
University Degree in Tourism, Business.
English- Good level, written & spoken
