We’re looking for a driven, curious, and resilient Telesales Fresh/ Junior Executive to join our team. This role is not just about calling. It’s about learning how real sales works: listening, asking the right questions, handling objections, and building trust.
What you will do:
Introduce products/services clearly and confidently in English
Learn how to handle objections, hesitation, and “not interested”
Work closely with the founder/sales lead to improve scripts and approach
Ask smart questions to understand customer needs (not just read a script)
Follow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn
Continuously improve based on feedback and real call results
Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B & B2C, depending on campaign)
Update call notes and lead status in CRM

Good English communication (spoken English is a must; accent is not a problem)
Interest in sales, business, and startups.
Creative thinking: able to adapt conversations instead of reading scripts word- for- word
Nice to have (not required)
Curious mindset: you want to understand why customers say yes or no
Previous telesales, customer service, or call center, real estate, insurance company relationships/experience will be an advantage
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, CRM is a plus)
Junior / Fresher welcome, experience is not required
Strong work ethic: you don’t disappear when things get hard
Experience talking to customers
Comfortable talking to strangers on the phone
