We are looking for a high- performing
Sales Executive
to drive business growth in the Vietnamese
retail and logistics market
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market share through SoluM’s innovative solutions, including ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels), ESS (energy storage solution) and Digital Signage as well as all kinds of HW and SW products.
Solution Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of SoluM’s ESL and IoT solutions. and other products (if any)
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long- lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision- makers.
Manage the full sales cycle: quotation => contract => delivery => payment collection
Cross- border Collaboration: Communicate regularly with HQ and regional teams to align on product updates and sales targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Vietnamese retail sector (supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.).
All kinds of work related to sales and marketing
Yêu cầu công việc
Language: Native proficiency in Vietnamese and business- level fluency in English (Written and Verbal).
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Mindset: Proactive, result- oriented, and capable of working in a fast- paced global environment.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the retail tech, POS, or electronics industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
