Job description
• We are seeking a highly motivated and results- driven AI Server Hardware Sales Executive to drive business growth in AI infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on promoting and selling high- performance AI servers, GPU servers, storage systems, and related data center hardware solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding of server architecture and proven B2B sales experience in IT hardware or system integration industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations, conduct pricing negotiations, and close contracts
• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers (Cloud Service Providers, AI startups, IDC operators, enterprise IT departments)
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored AI infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with pre- sales and technical teams to deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and POC support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Supermicro, Dell, ETC.)
• Develop and manage sales opportunities for AI servers, GPU- based systems, storage, and networking solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, or Business- related fields preferred)
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware, server, or system integration sales
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of server architecture (CPU, GPU, storage, networking)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU products (H100, A100, ETC.)
• Knowledge of AI training/inference infrastructure or HPC cluster environments
• Experience handling large- scale projects (high- value contracts)
• Existing network within data center or cloud industry
• Business- level English communication skills
