Sales Executive - Restaurant in Da Nang City

Update and maintain the customer database, tracking transaction history and potential business opportunities.
Manage and maintain client records, contracts, and other sales documents in a systematic manner.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement services for clients and ensure timely execution.
Assist in organizing sales activities, events, and client meetings in line with the sales plan.
Prepare and follow up on sales contracts after approval by the DOSM or Sales Manager.
Receive and handle client inquiries and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare sales materials, proposals, quotations, contracts, and service introduction documents for clients.
Perform other duties as assigned by the DOSM or Sales Manager.
Prepare periodic sales reports as required by management.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure service quality and high levels of customer satisfaction.

A team player with high level of dedication.
Well- organized and responsible in problem- solving;
Proficiency in English;
Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
Proven experience in sales job will be consider as a plus;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
