KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservation, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery for corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the hotel management.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and account production analysis.
Identify new business opportunities to maximize room revenue, meeting packages, and other hotel services.
Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance hotel exposure and business growth.
Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business agreements with clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, companies, government offices, and business partners.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long- term business relationships with clients.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer demands to develop effective sales strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Good command of English and computer skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel corporate sales or related positions.
Good understanding of hotel operations and corporate market segments.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
