The Sales Manager drives performance by optimizing existing sales systems and expanding high- value referral channels within the healthcare sector. This leadership position requires a balance of strategic execution and deep empathy, with a focus on long- term trust rather than short- term transactions.
Responsibilities:
Performance & Strategy: Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while collaborating with Marketing to improve lead quality.
Partnership Growth: Build and manage strategic relationships with obstetricians, hospitals, and clinics.
Team Leadership: Coach Sales Consultants in value articulation and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive postpartum situations.
Process Optimization: Refine the client journey from initial inquiry to booking, ensuring high data accuracy within the CRM.
Quality Stewardship: Act as the guardian of brand tone and ensure seamless handovers between sales, nursing, and operations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
Industry Background: Experience in luxury services, healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or premium real estate is preferred.
Qualities: A calm, thoughtful professional who is naturally empathetic and respectful of client privacy.
Skills: Proven ability to scale sales processes and manage referral networks.
Languages: Proficiency in English is an advantage; Mandarin or Korean is a strong plus.
